6:30 AM, 5-5-06: sharp pain left side radiating forward to stomach. Patient seeks medical advice at Valley Family Clinic, 5460 Paredes Line Road, Brownsville, Texas:

Dr. donothing on or about 5-6-06 at VRMC , Brownsville, Texas, orders new comprehensive scan and the charts show ks; this same doctor conducts scopic procedure to view the ks, but does nothing to remove ks and takes no further action to address critical condition (except for providing pain relief and antibiotics), suggesting instead that patient simply remain in hospital under observation.

The patient leaves hospital against orders of doctor donothing and tries to find a new doctor.

Upon arrival in Harlingen (with VRMC x-ray, scans in hand) doctors and hospital at VBMC, Harlingen, Texas, refuse to treat the patient due to reported "cancellation" of health insurance. Patient then discovers that the fbi in the prior months purloined the new health insurance cards (sent by the insurer, but never received by patient) from the p o box 2272, Brownsville, Texas 78522, postal station; the old insurance ID card reflected cancellation of health insurance coverage. Doctor Wonderful successfully locates (by use of exact same x-ray scan used by Doctor donothing in Brownsville, Texas) and removes the single ks; then, the doctor notes the following:
Pt SP left side uretheral stent placement on 5-9-06. Patients vital signs stable. Pt ambulating with steady gait and without assistance. Patient tolerating regular diet.

Follow Up: May 15 and 16, 2006, Patient files incident report with the Brownsville, Texas, Police Department, Incident # 06 05 2554, report taken by Officer A. Alvier (414); then Patient files complaint with the Department of Public Health, City of Brownsville, Texas, Inspector Alfred Valdez. Patient also returns to the same suspect restaurant (mentioned above) and repeatedly requests to speak with the owner (one Arturo Freehoffer , phonetic spelling, a man of apparent of Swedish or Germanic origin). During the past three years the bacterial infection implanted in Sosbee by the fbi continues to plague him , even though several efforts have been made with antibiotics to remove the infection; this continued problem with the same antibiotic resistent bacteria (as shown near tooth #14 in the above mentioned link) suggests that the fbi dentist/operative may have had a bit more in mind for Sosbee than simply a painful experience and multiple trips to the doctor (Note: The last antibiotic treatment occurred 5-16-06, at which time T was again treated with : Amoxicillin 500 MG Capsules, sold at Walgreens Pharmacy, 4490 E. 14th St, Brownsville, Texas 78521, NDC 00093-3109-05,MFG TEVA.)
Due to the stubborn resistance of the bacteria to antibiotics and considering the proximity of the infection to the brain, the fbi dentist/operative who originally injected Sosbee with the bacterial infection may have intended to induce oncogenesis, or similar life threatening condition.
