From the IMC Cambridge calendar and the SHAC diary dates page....

My guess is that Bacon/Skivens/Pearl (Netcu) filled their panties a wee bit after realising that SHAC was down for a minute and tried to take advantage of it (6 minutes after announcing that SHAC.net is temporarily down)....to confuse people over Fridays demo.

A few less sly quotes from the post...

>> Yes it will....when HLS closes!

>> Trade? Jobs don't you mean? They are paid to kill the animals, not trade them!

I give this a 0/10 approval rating, since it would of been posted by SHAC and included the link for when the site reappears....this stinks of another Netcu-desperado post....

Confirmation of demo being moved to Monday

This is genuine - the demo has been moved from Friday to Monday because of it being a more suitable date for people coming on a minibus. If in doubt call Shac or Maxine!

The dates of the demos at HLS vary depending on when activists in Cambridgeshire can get down to protest what with work commitments and things, for the last two weeks the demos have been held on a Monday as this has been the most convenient day for other groups across the country to come down and join us.

Its an easy mistake to make when the article minutes before is quite obviously one of those tools in the box, which has now been deleted I noticed because of the obvious nature of the post. It does now make the person look a lot more stupid I have to say though.

Either way, in their defense, shac articles on indymedia from 2001 onwards have received the same old copper-crap comments, just back then those responsible weren't branded as a "tactical unit" mainly focussing on smashing the AR movement. Given a few years, cautious&concious activists are bound to jump to a false conclusion here and there! I don't blame 'em for it.
