Both the Timesonline and Lloyds.com have got London Crossrail in its truthful state!

A rarity.

Timesonline says the scam is to cost £30Billion. The Lloyds.com says the ‘Crossrail Bill' is yet to receive Royal Assent.

Royal Assent is no big deal. But formally, it makes all the difference as far as it applies to the bureaucracies. It was stamped the Royal Assent on 22 July 2008.

Lloyds.com evidently is a riskier company to insure with than it has to be. yet Crossrail scam insurance business has been given over to Lloyds.....
