Fair point Johnny Pixels, however you can't account for affinity groups who work on their own. The beauty of this movement is that top down control over what happens is rejected and instead replaced with people working horizontally.

Climate Camp, as I understood it, provided several water safety training workshops and also made lifejackets available to any affinity groups who wanted them outside of the main grrr action.

Even the coast guard was heard telling rafters how pleased he was with the safety provided by the GRRR in camp.
