Area photos from the Climate Camp have been obtained?

An anonymous source has obtained areal photos of the Camp for Climate Action, nr High Halstow on the Hoo Peninsular. Could they have come from a suspected breach of police images taken from the awfully expensive chopper they have been flying frequently over the camp for the last week or so?
