Apparently the police are 'welcoming' all new arrivals to the camp with the delightful news that the camp supposedly has an outbreak of dysentry. Surprise, surprise - the cops are full of shit.

Of all the many many hundreds of people at the camp less than 0.3% of them have had any symptoms of diarrhea or vomiting.
