Support Update

01.08.2008 10:34

The update was cut from the middle of the article for some reason so here it is again:

Dan has no money and can currently earn no more than £2.00 a week as he's not got a job in the prison yet, so anyone who can help with finances would be greatly appreciated.

This can be done either as a postal order, made payable to "The Govenor" and write "Daniel Amos (VN7818)" on the back. This can be sent to Dan's prison address above.

Or as a cheque, made payable to "The Govenor" with "Daniel Amos (VN7818) on the back.

Unfortunately they are not allowing anyone to send in any books, dvds, cds etc in any form.

However you can send envelopes (they dont have to be in original packaging, they can be loose), writing paper, as long as its not ringbound, the style of paper with the gum edge is allowed.

Average style biros are allowed, and a book of stamps or single stamps are allowed too.

He is being treated as a convicted prisoner as he is on remand, but already given a guilty plea. So at the moment, as a basic prisoner, he is only allowed two visits a month.

Please write to Dan and show him your support:
