Sunday 20th July 2008, folks at the Sumac held a Garden Party to raise funds for Eastside Climate Action and to raise the profile of Nottingham's contribution to the Camp for Climate Action.

Live music included Moonbuggy and Wholesome Fish, food & drink, kids stuff and fun & games. A highlight of the day was the Scuffs dog show.

A Coconut shy, A FIT skittle game, face painting, giant jenga, tombola, and a Climate Camp workshop.

The event continued into the evening DJ's etc ....

Climate change is real and it's happening now. Fortunately there are simple alternatives to the causes of climate change. All it takes is a bit of teamwork.
