Did she or didn't she take direct illegal action? On the web site link it says that she continues to protest her innocence. As you imply, if she isn't prepared to the do the time she shouldn't have done the crime.

Briana was railroaded in a kangaroo court with a clueless biased judge a vindictive prosecution FBI skullduggery and a publicity contaminated jury
