Smash EDO Needs Funds

The Smash EDO campaign needs funds. We've spent all our money on the 'On the Verge' tour and the Carnival Against the Arms Trade . Why not make a donation to the campaign

send a cheque to Sussex ESF - C/o Unemployed Centre, 6 Tilbury Place Brighton BN2 OGY.

Why not organise a fundraiser for the campaign in your local area or buy a copy of 'On the Verge' by emailing  on-the-ver@hotmail.co.uk

Noise demos continue

Smash EDO demonstrates every Wednesday outide EDO MBM, Home Farm Rd, 4-6pm. These weekly demonstrations are an integral part of the campaign. We need people more people to keep them going... Why not organise transport from your local area to come to one of the demos
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Freedom to Protest Court Case

On Monday 21st of July a campaigner arrested at one of the weekly demos for using a sound system will be appealing his conviction. The police prosecuted him under a council byelaw intended for use against noisy street vendors. The use of council byelaws to further criminalise dissent is another tactic used by Sussex police to stifle the right to protest.

Come and support at the court - Watch Indymedia to find out which court (Lewes, Hove or Brighton) the case will be in
