Teachers against Wembley Academy prepare to resist eviction

Some pictures taken around noon on Wednesday 16 July as teachers and others at 'Tent City' opposing the north Wembley Academy were preparing to resist the expected eviction attempt by Brent council.

The protesters attempted to make eviction more difficult by moving as many of the tents as possible onto the roof of the changing rooms building.
Meanwhile other activities on the Wembley Sports Ground continued, with a football club practising on the field, the Sunflower nursery continuing in the changing room building and cars being washed at the car wash.
