SARC Street Stall in Gosport

SARC | 12.07.2008 18:34 | Animal Liberation | Education | South Coast

On Friday 11th July, volunteers from SARC were out on the streets of Gosport raising awareness about our vital and life saving campaigns across the south.

We set up around midday and after a steadily paced start, people were flocking to our street stall. People learnt all about our legally liberated goats, our latest campaign against the vile fur trade that Nauticalia over the other side of the harbour was involved in, the horrific force feeding that Foie Gras birds are subjected to and our ongoing campaign against the Portsmouth Greyhound track.
We closed our stall with pages and pages of new petition signatures and hundreds less leaflets than we set out with, not to mention all the education that the kind people of Gosport who stopped to listen had received.

Look out for SARC all over summer on demos, on street stalls and in our everyday life ridding the South and beyond of animal abuse.
