Abuse of Process Bollocks...

Is it within article 10 of the Human Rights Act to say bollocks in public?

To Parliament?

If the CPS were to have a pre-trial review and still neglect to hand over advanced disclosure, even though they had previously been ordered by a Magistrate, until the morning of the trial...

and...

the CPS were contacted twice advising that advanced disclosure had not been provided

and...

a listing was denied two days before the trial requesting that the trial be adjourned and the seven police witnesses and the victim be notified not to attend court when it would be impossible to proceed with the trial given...

right to a fair trial/ equality of arms/ adequate time to prepare a defence...

this is the bollocks they have tried to pull off at Camberwell Green magistrates Courts.

Regardless of the cow in the middle of the three lame magistrates that allowed an adjournment to the only day? when all witnesses required can be present??? September 8, 2008.

I welcome any advice on an abuse of process argument or any other legal gymnasitics I can conjure.
