By their own admission, the Fairford Air Tattoo, is the worlds largest airshow.

We are all being told to do our bit, so the question to the director of the airshow is why are you putting on the worlds biggest airshow.

Plane Stupid have laid dow the challenge to the organisers of the airshow to stop us putting CO2 warning signs on their posters. The best they can do so far is to take down the signs that we have painted out. Not much of a challenge there.

Gordon Brown is telling us to pump up the tyres on our cars to improve efficiency and cut down emissions. I hope the organisers of the air show will be doing something equally worthwhile by checking the tyre pressure on the planes to ensure that they are fully inflated!
