we need to do a much better job at altering these photos so that it is not so easy to recognize the individual protestors. i would feel very uncomfortable if it were me in these photos. with all the constant surveillance of London, we have relatively no concept of an effective security culture. this needs some serious work.

agree with the comment above. most of the people are easily identifiable. there is no reason to post such pictures up. you only help the job of the FIT. clothes, shoes, bags can all be used to identify people. if you're going to obscure people, do it properly.

You clearly have no concept of an effective security culture yourself, if somebody was identifiable on a demonstration, filmed by CCTV and police surveillance teams then there is absolutely no point in obscuring them in photographs, this only serves to create more alienation and mystification for people who could and should be our allies, and causes no trouble to our enemies.
