35 miles is a bit too far for one bike ride.

35 miles is a bit too far for one single bike ride. So how about breaking it into two. Meeting up in the afternoon under Waterloo Bridge at about 4pm and cycling to Dartford then camping over night as there is a big wood just outside Dartford then riding onto Kinsnorth in the morning.

It will take a lot longer than three hours with loaeded bikes.

The bike ride from Waterloo to Kingsnorth will take a hell of a lot longer than 3 hours on bikes loaded down with camping equiped. More like 10 or 12 hours and there are lots of big steep hlls on the way as well!

12 hours 35 miles !?

you realise that people walk faster than 3 miles an hour, which is what you are suggesting this would take?

Plus you guys just don't have hills in England: flattest most boring part of this island :)

This is a very non-challenging ride and I'm baffled as to why you'd want to make it sound difficult.

I am a very slow cyclist.

And I average 7 miles per hour. That makes five hours.

The allow for people getting punctures and stopping for a quick break, say another hour.
