Thanks to everyone who is helping to Make Get Lost such an amazing success

The next few days see a flurry of special events which reclaim the city for more than shopping and look for magic under the pavement. It would be splendid to see you at some of them

Today: Treacle Theatre Company will be hunting for dragons by travelling to see what lies in the holes of maps…. Meet 5pm at the map in Victoria Station

Tomorrow 19th June No Borders will be talking about the experiences of refugees and asylum seekers in Manchester and tracing the route of their oppression. Meet 11am outside the Aquatic centre, Oxford Road

Saturday 21st: Guerrilla Geographers will be in town to collect stories and create a naughty map of Manchester

Saturday 21st Kickball Jesus will be staging a rumble in Whitworth Park on Saturday at 3pm… come and be part of psychogeographical legend

Sunday 22nd Postcards from Nowhere is a wander addressing issues of surveillance and CCTV; all participants will receive a unique piece of GPS art by Max Livesey. Meet 2pm at Café Pop Oldham Street

All weekend The Manchester Freedom Trail transposes Boston and Joyces Dublin onto Manchester – a guided tour will take place at various times and places (to be posted on the website as soon as we know)

Walk Sqwark are taking their conversation couch onto the streets and there will be various other interventions on the streets too…. We've also got art exhibitions on at The Royal Exchange Theatre, Nexus Art Café and The Zion Centre.

All events are free and everyone is welcome.
