In the first attack Israeli jet fighters attacked a car east of Khan Younis city, five were killed; reports said that those five are activists of Islamic Jihad.

Moreover Two Palestinian families from Jerusalem on Tuesday received demolishing notes from the Israeli high Court of justice. The note that was submitted to the al-Qastero and al-Hashim families ordered them to leave their homes that are located in the old city of Jerusalem within 14 days.

The court order was based on a petition submitted by Yishva Hiyim Oaleem, an Israeli settler's organization, on claims that the two families' homes were owned by the organization prior to 1984.

The families informed the Palestinian Prime Minister Advisor for Jerusalem affairs Hatem abed al-Qader, who for his part assigned a lawyer to issue an urgent court ruling against the eviction order. The families said that they lived in their homes before 1976.

Mumtaz Dughmush killed in airstrike

17.06.2008 15:40

Exclusive: Al Qaeda activist reported killed in Israeli air strike in Gaza

June 17, 2008, 5:15 PM (GMT+02:00)

Palestinians claim that Mumtaz Dughmush was among the eight Palestinian gunmen killed in three Israeli air force strikes in Gaza Tuesday, June 17, following Hamas bombardments on Monday.

DEBKAfile’s counter-terror sources report that the Air Force targeted al Qaeda-Palestine cell in southern Gaza, near Deir al Balah. Dughmush, whom Palestinian sources say died in the attack, was chief of the Qaeda cell attached to the Palestinian hard-line Popular Resistance Committees. Our sources name him as complicit with Hamas in the abduction of the Israeli soldier Gilead Shalit two years ago in a cross-border raid and the kidnap of the BBC correspondent Alan Johnson last year.

Al Quaeda terrorists in Gaza key impediment to peace

Zionism's Desperation is Showing

No source again, Plant?

Israel's repeated attempts to set up phony 'al Qaeda' cells in Palestine have backfired each time, due to the Palestinians' rejection of this ideology, and has only helped reinforce that 'al Qaeda' is really just a creation of the CIA and Mossad.

Even during the 911 False Flags, one of the Mossad agents arrested, after being reported for celebrating and videotaping the fall of the towers, told police, "We are not your problem. The Palestinians are your problem now".

This exposes one reason Mossad carried out 911 was to get the US to take over their war against the Palestinian People.

How could the IAF target something that doesn't exist ... ?

The point of this episode, of course, was to draw attention away from the film showing a settler-Extremist attack on elderly Palestinian farmers, and provoke the war on Gaza these Extremists think the Israeli Govenrment have abandoned.

In Bid to Provoke Gaza War, Settler-Extremists Fake Kidnapping

IDF, police, Shin Bet forces launch massive search for two settlers who reported their own kidnapping. After being found, settlers change story to say a third friend was abducted. Only 90 minutes later did they confess to lying
Efrat Weiss

Two settlers are suspected of having given a false report of their own kidnapping, resulting in the launching of a large-scale manhunt that included the participation of IDF, police and Shin Bet forces.

The two men began by entering the village of Ein Abus near Nablus. At around 4:00 am they called in a report and alleged that they were bound and trapped inside a car.

IDF troops carrying out an arrest operating in Nablus were dispatched to the neighboring village and located the two settlers, though they were found to be unrestrained.

When confronted by the soldiers, the settlers fabricated yet another story – they reported that there had been a third member of their party and that he had been abducted by the Palestinians. At this point reinforcement troops were summoned. An hour and a half into the search, the two finally confessed to have made up the claims.

The IDF handed the two over to the Ariel police and filed a formal complaint against them.

The army views the incident with grave severity, particularly in light of the efforts and funds invested in the launching the search.

"This is a very serious incident," military officials told Ynet. "By entering a Palestinian village in such an irresponsible manner and falsifying that report – they not only risked their own lives but also put the troops in harm's way, troopers that would otherwise have been operating against terrorists."
