Police helicopters, Noise Pollution and the middle Classes.

The occurence of police helicopter hovering over Liverpool City centre for hours on end seems to have dropped to zero since the beginning on the year- hmmm, why could that be.

Could it be the Capital of Culture- not very impressive for tourists to feel they're in a continuous cop b movie- but it's Ok for the usual plebs who live here.

Begs the question- just how useful are they if the police feel they can do without them for a whole year- and if they're not effective then why are we paying for it.

The police should account for their actions on this- but that would require a police authority with an ounce of front.
