During the recent construction by Bramall Construction workmanship has been well below standard. It's not Cobalts direct fault,but it is their expence and ultimetly our's.As we the tenants will pay for the crappy quality.I have a film,which when I edit it to add text I will post on youtube that shows in detail just how shit the workmanship is.For instance -tiles fell off 2 days after workman fitted them,,,,,,,and much more.I will leave the rest untill I get a reply from the above company.More soon..
