The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in the US has today upheld the convictions of
the Cuban 5, including the espionage conspiracy and murder conspiracy. The life
sentences for the espionage conspiracy charges against Antonio, Ramon, and
Fernando have been remanded to the Miami trial judge for re-sentencing.

RATB is taking part in worldwide 'day after' protest to condemn the continued
imprisonment of the Cuban 5, in order to bring media attention to their case,
and to show the broad national and international support for their release.

It's short notice, but EXTREMELY important for the Five, their families, for
Cuba and for all of us who value justice and stand against imperialism. With
what arrogant hypocrisy the US and Britain claim to be fighting a 'war on
terrorism' whilst imprisoning the Cuban Five for protecting Cubans from
terrorist attacks by right-wing extremist groups in Miami, linked to the US
government - groups which have already killed over 3,400 people in 50 years!
