Subject: Procedures against "animal"
The procedure of the public prosecutor Wiener Neustadt is in no way against persons or associations with the moral purpose of animal welfare, but against individuals who are under pseudonyms such as "Animal Liberation Front have joined forces in order - in part by use of legal structures club - serious damage and other criminal acts against companies involved in furs and other animal products trade, and other businesses in order to harm these economically and to change their business strategy necessary.
In the period from early 2000 until April 2008 were at least 14 damage, including arson attacks, 5 butyric acid attacks especially against branches of clothing retail chains with a total loss of € 600,000 and any attacks committed against animal farms.
The Regional Court Wiener Neustadt, at the request of the Prosecutor against ten accused the pre-trial detention imposed because this much participation in these criminal acts are suspected.
In the public allegations raised in relation to the implementation of individual house searches will, inter alia, be prepared by photographic and video documentation refuted.
The DNA samples were gesetzesgemäß won in two cases in which the accused refused to cave mouth swabs to remove, through cuts in the neck.
