Please help – badgers desperately need us! They are wrongly accused of being the main source for the spread of TB amongst cattle. The real culprit, of course, is the dairy industry – whose greed and bad practices are causing TB to spread like wildfire. Despite Britain’s top scientists telling the government that a cull of badgers would actually make things worse, farmers are still calling for their pound of badger flesh. This is madness – a potential wildlife massacre on an almost unprecedented scale.

The Welsh Assembly have decided that a trial badger cull is to go ahead later this year. We must try and persuade them to change their minds otherwise the pro-cull policy could spread to the rest of the UK. It is important that we stand up for the badgers, and that is why we are organising a peaceful rally and photo call outside the Welsh Assembly in Cardiff to try and make them see sense.
