The next public meeting being held by SolFed in Manchester will be a talk given by a member of Oldham United Against Racism on efforts at countering fasicsm.

The Manchester local of the Solidarity Federation will be hosting a talk given by members of Oldham United Against Racism on the efforts by grass roots groups at opposing fascism . In recent years Oldham has been a centre for BNP activity and Oldham United Against Racism members have fought tirelessly against their fascist rhetoric with the BNP losing much support in local elections. OUAR campaign independently of any political party, with the sole aim of preventing the election of candidates promoting racist or fascist politics.

The meeting will begin at 7:30 PM at the Town Hall Tavern, Town Hall Tavern, 20 Tib Lane, Manchester, M2 4JA.
