The annual (by now) ETC happening is housed in Amsterdam:

Genderchangers , an Amsterdam Group of Tech designers and activists
developed a free open software system (FLOSS) by women and for women
It is adaptible to activist groups and IMC systems.

If anyone knows the indymedia chat channel they can plug it into this
report , there is a live stream chat going on for women indymedia
volunteers who cannot travel.
