To Whom it May Concern:
I was advised in a phone call from Mrs. Tucker that a legal visit had been arranged for this morning at 9:00 a.m.
I find this most curious as I had booked a social visit when I visited the prison and had been informed that said social visit booked for this morning has been cancelled. The message was passed on through Mr. Steve Jago when he was also told that his social visit for tomorrow has been cancelled and that they had no contact number for myself.
I was told that a legal visit may only be obtained by email and as this is the very first email I have sent, I fail to understand how this legal visit was arranged, why it was cancelled and why I was not informed as to any this nonsense.
Regardless, Mrs. Tucker confirmed that she would be released tomorrow.
I am requesting that I be advised immediately as to the date and time of her release via telephone:07950133463.
I would also like a written response to this email and a copy sent through the post to my home address which you obviously must have to have arranged a social or a legal visit.
I expect to hear back by the end of the working day today so as I may properly arrange for tommorrow.
Also, as I was denied the opportunity to discuss various legal issues with Mrs. Tucker today, I will be telephoning the prison shortly to request phone acces to Mrs. Tucker and to be told the exact time of her release.
I look forward to your prompt response by email, posted in writing and hopefully confirmed via telephone.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Mary Spencer
N.B. I just sopke with Officer Burton at HMP Holloway and she confirmed that Babs is to be released between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. tomorrow morning.
I would encourage anyone and everyone to be at the gates of Holloway to welcome back to her freedom which she has previously been unlawfully denied.

It's about time as well!
A week in prison for the Peace protester - 0 years for Tony Blair. How can that be right? It's outrageous.
