A little success in court could expose a lot of problems to solutions - if the serious fraud enquiry is told to relook at all its "we wont follow up these aspects" pronouncements - most of all in relation to the dodgy "networks" of ex-covert ops types or "dual-payment scheme" neighbourhood watch types ( QUIS CUSTODIAT CUSTODIES INDEED! )- in the British Isles as much as globally - that shook cash out of this corporation amongst others then hid its actions under such spurious excuses as commercial secrecy or national security - in this case - most weirdly - Saudi national security, allegedly!!!!
Minderbinder was Catch 22s dodgy "Dibbler" type, for people that remember "Discworld" more . . . . or the Harry Lime industrial kid poisoner that ended up getting chased through the sewers in that old motion picture. . . .
In ruling against the legitimacy of this "government intervention", it seems that the High Court has seen that if the SFO enquiry could get pulled the way it was, all the nations of the world should have to surrender their entire societies justice systems to arms dealers - or whoever could bung most to a variety of functionaries, here as much as there - or the people that might have "influence" to affect them.
The newspapers - the tamest as much as the awkward types - actually did report a few of the details of the discoveries of these dodgy "networks of operators" with information about aspects of their payment schemes !!!!
