It is my clear understanding that Inspector Fox has once again been up to no good as Sir Ian’s rent boy of the state.
Mrs. Barbara Grace Tucker was once again unlawfully kidnapped from Parliament Square on a fraudulent arrest warrant (stemming from a bail sheet) that is not dated, not timed, nor clearly shows any officer involved in the case Feb.26, 2008.
On said date, Mrs. Tucker was lawfully campaigning for peace and against the state including police/parliament/judiciary/CPS at the gates of the Palaces of Westminster in tandum with Mr. Brian Haw who is lawfully exempt from SOCPA 2005.
Under Article 10, HRA 1998 freedom of expression, Babs was exerting her European Convention Charter Rights.
Under Article 11, HRA 1998 freedom of assembly, Babs was and is free to assemble with humanity in places of public (free) access, another European Convention Right.
As the undated, unsigned bail form suggested and suggests, Belgravia Police Farce is once again involved in the very dirty, filthy business of kidnapping and arbitrarily detaining peaceful civilians who voice their political dissent and their humanity.
Sir Ian Blair has fraudulently purported to delegate his authority under SOCPA 2005 in an undated, un-timed email – a useless piece of paper.
Babs is being held in cells because she doesn’t have a useless bit of paper – SOCPA authorisation – from a silly useless twat waving another useless piece of paper????
An undated, un-timed email is not legal nor lawful. Surely the Commissioner – Sir Ian Blair – would be aware of this little fact in law; perhaps when he signed his mortgage? PILLOCK!
Babs has already been kidnapped and unlawfully detained on numerous occasions and was held for 20 hours specifically on the date in question.
Despite announcing to the Parliamentary police @ 4:00 p.m. yesterday that she was in breech of police bail and a meat wagon attending – she was not arrested.
When Babs and the Ninja Ant performed a citizen’s arrest on Mayor Ken Livingstone last night @ 7:00 p.m. and 3 DPG cars, numerous yellow coats, Parliamentary police abandoning their posts, machine guns present – she was not arrested.
15 THUGS came en force, en masse @ 9:45 a.m. this morning.
Somebody has a lot of explaining to do, especially in the knowledge that she is being held overnight to be brought before City of Westminster Magistrates Courts and one of the various CORRUPT judges.
JUSTICE WILL BE SEEN TO BE DONE.
