police arrested barbara tucker this morning and haven't taken her to court today, instead holding her overnight yet again to appear in the morning
charity sweet was also arrested for an alleged public order offence late this afternoon

at 9:45 FIFTEEN police turned up at parliament square to arrest the peaceful lone demonstrator, barbara tucker, who failed to respond to police bail yesterday relating to an alleged public order offence earlier in the year. the original allegation against her was made by mp alan duncan, who she called a war criminal outside parliament. at that time she was arrested and held at belgravia police station for nearly 20 hours before being released on police bail to which she was supposed to respond yesterday.

yesterday afternoon, she performed a citizen's arrest on ken livingstone, who is now still at large after police helped him to escape, instead of fulfilling their lawful duty and taking him off her hands

after the arrest this morning, police had all day to take her to court, but instead, they held her in custody, and also came to the square and searched her tent, removing a megaphone from there

this afternoon, charity sweet, another peace campaigner in parliament square was arrested for an alleged public order offence, and is still being held
