Rose Abukha Update: Further action needed to halt her deportation

TCAR (Tyneside Community Action for Refugees) | 10.04.2008 14:30 | Anti-racism | Migration | Social Struggles

Rose Abukha has been told she will be deported to Uganda tonight at 10pm on British Airways flight BA0063. However, as far we know she has still not been given official removal papers, which may mean the deportation is illegal.

Please call immigration at Heathrow on 020 87454700, ask to speak to the duty officer and express your concern that Rose is due to be deported tonight without proper documents and to a country where she is in grave danger. You can also fax Heathrow immigration on 020 87454705.

Thank you.
