Unlawful poetry recital

An activist was threatened with arrest under Section 5 of the Public Order Act for reading out the following poem at the weekly SmashEdo Noise Demo at Home Farm Road, Brighton

Hallelullah!
It works.
We blew the shit out of them.
We blew the shit right back up their own ass
And out their fucking ears.
It works.
We blew the shit out of them.
They suffocated in their own shit!
Hallelullah.
Praise the Lord for all good things.
We blew them into fucking shit.
They are eating it.
Praise the Lord for all good things.
We blew their balls into shards of dust,
Into shards of fucking dust.
We did it.
Now I want you to come over here and kiss me on the mouth.

EDO MBM boss Paul Hills and his sidekick Inspector Knacker were not best pleased by said poem. Knacker declared that he was warning the activist under Section 5 and the activist, wishing for a quiet life retreated (the scaredycat!!)
The question remains were Messrs Knacker and Hills offended by the language or by poetry itself which some would say is a bit 'girly' and not the sort of thing macho coppers and arms dealers should have to put up with.
So what are they gonna make of a bit of Bateria?
