Goldman Sachs White House: Latest Coupling of Capitalism With Slaughterhouse

Fruit Tree Planter | 30.03.2008 15:11 | Animal Liberation | Ecology | Health | London

Long before J P Morgan was making his fortune selling filthy meat to the Union Army
in the Civil War, capitalism has been wed to slaughterhouse products.

Goldman Sachs White House Protects Filthy Meat

Quote:
U.S. may withhold names of retailers in all but 'greatest risk' meat
recalls 26 Mar 2008 Under pressure from the food industry, the
Agriculture Agribusiness Department is considering a proposal not to
identify retailers where tainted meat went for sale except in cases of
serious health risk, The Associated Press has learned. Had that been
the rule in place last month, consumers would not have been told if
their supermarkets sold meat from a Southern California slaughterhouse
that triggered the biggest beef recall [143 million pounds] in U.S.
history.

ANALYSIS
The Goldman Sachs White House (Robert Rubin former
CEO of Goldman Sachs named Secy of Treasury, replaced
by Henry Paulson, former
CEO of Goldman Sachs named Secy of Treasury,
(also the man who as president of Nature Conservancy turned
that once environmental group into a series of cattle ranches
around the world for GS fast food) is one factor in the
decision. The American Meat Institute's pupil Ann Veneman, former
USDA Secretary, is now contaminating the diets of the world's
children at UNICEF, while her predecessor in the Clinton regime,
Dan Glickman, like her, hid the great incidence of not only Mad Cow
but Mad Pig, Mad Lamb, Mad Sheep, Mad Deer, Mad Chicken, Mad
Fish, Mad Turkey etc from the American and world's public through
a variety of methods including the misdiagnosis of Mad Cow deaths
as meningitis, brain tumors, Alzheimer's, etc.

Previously the USDA, FDA, CDC and other pawns of the mammal murder
industry have allowed the carcinogenic irradiation of meat,
the injections of viruses, socalled bacteriophages into meat,
have allowed female hormones to be injected into animals, those
banned in Europe because of their correlation to prostate, uterine,
breast, ovarian and cervical cancers.

Food derived from cadavers must be frozen or dried to
avoid the most rapid rot. The colon bacteria, (ecoli), bacteria in
general. trichinella and other worms, which cause health departments
to mandate
the burial or cremation of human corpses are present in
the dead bodies of animals as well. Creiophilic and
thermophilic bacteriae can survive both boiling and freezing,
Red dye number 2 and a number of other varieties have
been used to hide the grey, green, or brown color of
rotten meats. Sodium nitrate (red dye) in combination
with animal protein makes nitrosamines, a carcinogen.

IS CAPITALISM MARRIED TO THE SLAUGHTERHOUSE?

Capitalism wed to Animal Flesh
The sale of rotten meat to the US Govt during the Civil War
was the basis of J P Morgan's fortune

Wall Street is woven of the screams of the slaughterhouse.
The firms Gov Spitzer sued as AG are all heavily invested
in slaughterhouse products and fast food.

Capitalism is married to scarcity. Thus the environmentally
destructive abbatoir industry with a maximum yield of 100 to
1000 lbs an acre is much more scarce in product than the yield of fruit
tree orchards at 4500 to 450,000 lbs an acre.

It is more difficult to pricegouge on what is available to
everyone who wants to plant fruit and nut trees
.. whose product God made free.

ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT
Animal flesh takes 80 to 100 times or more the production
energy that fruit takes. It is theoretically possible to stick
an apple seed in the ground and come back in a few years
to find the rain, sun, and Mother Earth have done all the work
and dropped fruit onto mossvelvet cushions for you.

The slaughter of 6 million kangaroos annually in Australia,
as well as millions of cows and sheep, has caused the worst and longest lasting drought
in that country's history. Grazing cows and sheep pull up
the the little sapling trees so necessary as adults in the rain
cycle.

How does culling kangaroos cause drought?

Isn't the problem with food irradiation that it breaks down the proteins / other nutrients and encourages cost-cutting on more sensible hygiene measures? It certainly can't cause cancer (rampant cell division) because the flesh is no longer living.

Why the focus on individual banking firms like Goldman Sachs, if the whole of capitalism is wedded to the slaughterhouse economy? I find those kind of "international banking families" analyses a bit weak, as they can be easily warped into blaming the Illuminati / Freemasons for the ills of society. Capitalism is a social relation, not a company or group of companies.

What's your source for the "the great incidence of not only Mad Cow but Mad Pig, Mad Lamb, Mad Sheep, Mad Deer, Mad Chicken, Mad Fish, Mad Turkey etc" ?

You are correct. It is the grazing animals whose captivity causes drought.
But spiritual teachers from Annie Besant to the Avatar of over 100 million, Sai Baba,
say that wherever there is great animal slaughter, natural disasters follow. At the time that
Chicago was the slaughterhouse capital of the US, Besant said the red aura of the
terror, fright, and anger of the murder bound animals could be seen an hour away from Chicago.
Such red auras are correlated to violence. There is a correlation of violence to fast food outlets.

In the US and other places around the world,
bone meal is fed to factory farmed fishes. Fishes also feed in the seas on carcasses
dumped directly into the sea. At factory farms in the US, family farms throughout Asia,
the parts of cows are fed to chickens. There has been virtually no enforcement
against the huge agribusiness firms supplying this food.

Purina in Sutherland Springs has had its Mad Cow infected herd classified as victims of meningitis
.
Mad Deer in the US started at a government lab in Colorado.

Sorry then

Avatars, spiritual leaders and red auras don't cut it for me.

Yeah, me neither, but...

...CJ does seem to have made a really unnecessarily weak case against the meat industry there. You don't need to rely on supernatural mumbo-jumbo to criticise the meat industry, it's a simple fact that the massive amounts of land needed to raise livestock could be vastly better used. Check the statistics on this page:  http://www.vegansociety.com/html/environment/land/ - this kind of stupidly wasteful use of land is one of the most destructive ways capitalism keeps the world's population hungry. No spiritual auras there. There is also the case to be made that causing unnecessary death and suffering is wrong, even if it doesn't cause natural disasters, but that might be a bit moralistic for some people.

Secular humanist.

carcinogens cause cancer whether the flesh is living or dead

31.03.2008 23:56

Dear CH, Re your "It certainly can't cause cancer (rampant cell division) because the flesh is no longer living"

There are tens of thousands of carcinogens in our environment now

When animal flesh is heated over 300 degrees, the 2 carcinogens methylcholanthrene
and malanaldehyde are added to the list

Countries with the highest intestinal cancer rates are Australia, Canada, the US,
Chile, Argentina and other heavy meat consuming nations
while countries with the highest stomach cancer rates are Japan, Korea, China,
and other coastal countries with heavy fish consumption.

Female hormones given captive animals to generate extra water weight before slaughter
or extra milk production through udders so heavy that the cows often rupture themselves
are banned in Europe, but the US still allows them.

This poster is ignorant as to American fast food chains and the origin of the meat they
sell in the UK.. whether or not it complies with British law.
