Is Bin Laden aware he is tapping into a ready source of suicide bombers among Palestinians in Lebanon?

Osama Bin Laden has just called on Arabs, especially Palestinians, to support the Palestinian struggle by joining the insurgency in Iraq. He called this "a major duty for my brothers the Palestinian emigrants" because Israel's "barrier" makes attacking Israel difficult.  http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe/7307796.stm

Did he speak with inside knowledge? Robert Fisk recently noted that "most" suicide bombers travelling to Iraq from Lebanon are Palestinian.
