reaction to reports about removal of posts on Indymedia

Following the many recent contributions about removal of posts on the newswire there was an interesting development today when just after three posts were removed they were quickly put back by another admin.

The article that is referenced consists of fabricated disinformation, as do the comments posted below here...

We are not all the same

Removal of posts and comments is now being watched and recorded by those within the collective. Editing is harder to spot but we are trying to log it where we can.

"fabricated disinformation"

So if I see a post on the newswire that for example shows a complete record of the discussion at Sumac during the network meeting and that post less than 20 minutes later is no longer there, even in the hidden section, then presumably I just imagined it ?
Of if to give another example a long time Indy admin who walked away from the collective said to me that editing of posts had been a problem for ages and he had rasied it on many occasions but had been rebuffed then I should ignore him ?
Finaly what shall I do when I see on another site independent of IMC that faithfully records the reality of what is really posted and what is removed ?
Perhaps these are other examples of the famous "Disinformation Campaign" that some admins tried to push as the reason why hundreds of IMC readers and contributors had complained about the antisemitic agenda that was being pushed onto the site ? The same "Disinformation Campaign" that was so well organised that complaints came in from all over the UK, as well as overseas ?
Lying and bullshitting and hoping that those who object to the path IMC has taken of late will just give up and go away is a tactic that is not working and will not work.
