Armed troops have been combing every building in Lhasa and arresting anyone they feel like especially anyone who is young
Although Martial law has not officially been declared, troops have filled the streets of Tibet and the is a complete curfew operating.
While the world expects that arrests will only happen tomorrow, in fact they have been going on for 2 days.
So despite the promise that people would have until tonight at midnight to surrender China has been conducting a sweep of the Capital.
More arrests are likely and maybe happening over a greater area than just Lhasa.
The fear is that the arrested will be tortured and we appeal to the international community to show it's solidarity with the Tibetan people.
