Liverpool Chiapas Solidarity group presents a new updated version of the film 'Zapatistas: Chronicle of a Rebellion' introduced by Mario Viveros from the Canal Seis de Julio in Mexico, one of the people who have made the documentary, as part of his UK tour.

Plus vegan food with a Mexican theme.

connection between veganism and southern mexico?

can somebody explain the connection with and relevance to the culture(including food culture) and politics of Southern Mexico of Veganism.

There's no connection at all, but the people that did the cooking were all vegans and wanted to advertise the fact that everyone would be able to eat what they served up.
