PAIN, ( http://www.p-a-in.co.uk/) the group leading the local campaign against the Veolia Incinerator proposals (an 180,000 to 210,000 tpa plant to be sited on the old Rufford Colliery site - not brownfield but a site originally subject to restoration conditions when developed for coal industry use) are stepping up their work with a meeting to be addressed by the high profile anti-air pollution campaigner Dr Dick van Steenis.

The meeting is scheduled for 7pm at Rainworth Village Hall on Wednesday 12th March, all welcome.

As there were three interesting meetings listed on the Indymedia diary at this same time, could you post a report on how it went on the newswire - thanks.

Hopefully improvements to the Indymedia Diary will help everyone avoid future clashes!
