Women from Palestine visit Nottingham

An opportunity for Nottingham to hear from women living under Israeli occupation.

As part of the International Women's Day Tour 2008 a party of three women will be visiting Nottingham during March. During their stay they will be holding a public meeting at Trent University to explain what life is like under Israeli occupation. Also, Helen Bowler, recently returned from her own visit to Palestine will be talking about her experiences in Jenin and the West Bank

The meeting is open to all and you are welcome to hear their stories on Wednesday 12th March starting at 7.00pm at the Bass Management Centre, Nottingham Trent University, Goldsmith Street.

As there were three interesting meetings listed on the Indymedia diary at this same time, could you post a report on how it went on the newswire - thanks.

Hopefully improvements to the Indymedia Diary will help everyone avoid future clashes!
