Sean Vernell (UCU Vice Chair FE Committee, Nat. Executive)
and speakers from other public sector unions including the PCS, whose members in the civil service Department for Work and Pensions are striking in March.

This is a public meeting, organized by the local section of the Trades Union Council (TUC), for all trade unionists to show & organize a campaign for support for teachers & lecturers in their fight for pay increases that at least match current inflation.

Same day as TRent uni women from palestine, can it please be rearranged?

Looks important, but the women are coming from Palestine so must be easier to rearrange this please. Maybe we can all meet up at Peacock pub after though or somewhere bigger??

As there were three interesting meetings listed on the Indymedia diary at this same time, could you post a report on how it went on the newswire - thanks.

Hopefully improvements to the Indymedia Diary will help everyone avoid future clashes!
