Reasons to revolt: Climate change, global food price inflation, the collapse of the banking system, rampant nepotism and cronyism on the part of all elected officials and bureaucrats, the expansion of militarism, the global police state and so on ad infinitum. To create anew we must first destroy.
Climate change- its here and the poor will be the ones to suffer most whilst the wealthy man the barricades. Witness Hurricane Katrina and countless man-enhanced disasters throughout the world.
Government everywhere is being privatised. Armies, welfare services, public infrastructure, policing are all being produced on a for-profit basis. Since all capitalist firms must expand the only way forward is more contracts for killing and more cuts to services. The price of bottled water is set by the market- do you want the market to set the price of all water?
Corruption, cronyism, nepotism is endemic and built into the current system of party politics wherever the party and whatever they claim to stand for. The alternative as we all know is the principle of participatory democracy threaded together in networks of small local groups.
Global food price inflation: Until now WE have been poisoned by the cancer of consumerism, our very thoughts and actions have to be branded so as to differentiate them from other groups. Protest has itself become a form of consumption tightly controlled by the state. Now we will be hungry, bread will become a luxury as it was for those who went before us. Do not listen to charities- charity is the archetypal plaster on a gaping wound. Commodity speculators are pushing the price of corn, wheat and rice through the roof. They have caused the death of so many - execute them now.
Most banks are now bankrupt. The princes of High Finance are literally shitting themselves. It is only a matter of time before the wallets of local and national states are also sucked dry. This is THE GREAT CRISIS OF CAPITALISM. This time its global. The capitalist state is bleeding to death. The financialization solution to global overproduction has predictably failed.
Its up to us. Are we all going to lie back smoking chillums and providing more funds to the state killing machine through taxes on alcohol, whilst a new genetically modified feudalist vulture class step forward to bleed us dry?
