The intestines of 3000 pigs required to make 1 kilogram of pig derived heparin

Mad Pig Disease Watch | 22.02.2008 00:38 | Animal Liberation | Bio-technology | Health

Animal derived drugs such as heparin and thrombin are a dangerous source
of porcine, bovine, and avian spongiform encephalopathies or BSE varieties.
They also have ecoli, liver and kidney hazards. In addition they violate
the spiritual beliefs of Muslim, Orthodox Jewish, Hindu, Buddhist, Jain, Rastafarian,
Seventh Day Adventist, Wesleyan Methodist, Trappist monk, vegan, vegetarian,
fruitarian and other spiritual
belief systems.

Drugs derived from animals cause Mad Cow, Mad Pig Mad Chicken etc and
violate spiritual beliefs

While Europe stopped deriving heparin from cow intestines
after the Mad Cow publicity, it still derives heparin from pigs
whose Mad Pig or porcine spongiform encephalopathy has
been less publicized. Heparin is marketed by pharmaceutical
companies as a blood thinner while thrombin, derived
from cows, is marketed as a blood clotter.

Many Muslims, Orthodox Jews, Hindus, Buddhists,
vegetarian Christians etc. do not realize that drugs
prescribed for them in hospitals and clinics are derived
from animals, violating their spiritual beliefs.

China supplies over half of the world's heparin, says
the Wall St. Journal. In primitive factories, pig intestines
are collected. 3000 pigs' deaths are needed to provide 1 kilogram
of heparin. (36 musk oxen must suffer to make 1 oz. of musk,
a perfume fixative.) When the intestines are brought to
the village factories, they are hosed and then literally put
through the wringer, to squeeze out some of the fecal matter.
Enough remains for great colon bacteria (ecoli) contamination.

The pharmaceutical company dominated FDA which
has smashed color healing machines and many other
natural healing methods.. has no system to check
animal ingredient drugs, all of which should be outlawed.
When a physician kills his wife with a gun, he sometimes
goes to jail. When he is one of the causes of 1 million
iatrogenic deaths a year, nothing happens to him.
In China, the system is just as lax with drug manufacturers
often classified as chemical or agricultural byproduct companies.

The best way to keep blood from unnatural clots is to
become a vegan, ridding ones body of the animal fat
stored in arteries, arterioles, veins.

In Europe, Denmark is the biggest killer of pigs.
In the US, North Carolina's Smithfield is one of the biggest,
along with Tyson's, Cargill, Conagra.

1 heparin company in the US are Baxter's Scientific Protein
division based in Wisconsin.

heparin manufacture in China and a video of the same
