ok, the void is back online and it looks like it was as a result of a cock up as mentioned in the original piece. the void had been picked up as a spamblog and then google relented when they realised it wasn't
as for a tos violation anyone attempting to access the blog yesterday would have received the message
“This blog is in violation of Blogger’s Terms of Service and is currently visible to authors only.”
perhaps we were a bit hasty, but we did acknowledge that it could be a cock up. it is also very easy for others to attempt to take blogs offline by reporting them as spam.
the fact is that google can and do remove blogs without warning, a quick look through the blogger help forums show some blogs have been offline for over two weeks without being given a reason why.
perhaps it's time for a platform controlled by us where blogs can be hosted without risk of censorship or cock up.
"Instead the 'ban' is highly likely to be everything to do with the spamming, trolling and otherwise bullying activities of this unpleasant and manipulative prat, who viciously attacks other bloggers"
as for this comment, well the original blog is at http://johnnyvoid.blogspot.com
you'd better have a look for some evidence for that remark cos i can't find any

At less find out what the facts are before posting.
If you were being TOSed for real they will send you an e-mail notification. A few hours/days downtime without any facts doesn' t equate to a "ban".
