Just curious, but HOW would you know? AFAIK back in Arkasas days Hillary slept in the same bed as Bill. You imagine that you were privy to what she might or might not have said to him?
PLEASE! This was in no way intended as being intended to indicate any political support for Hillary Clinton. Nor is this intended as indicating any support for capital punishment. Just commenting for two reasons.
1) A silly thing to say, one for which you have NO evidence whatsoever (what she might or might not have said).
2) Insane to imagine that in today's America any politician is going to take an anti capital punishment position with the expectation of winning. The downside of "democracy" is that decisions aren't based upon what is good, wise, just, etc. but upon what the people want, for good or ill. Unfortunately, the overwhelming majority of us Americans are still pro capital punishment.
Hell, we couldn't even win an anti capital punishment vote here in Massachusetts (a governor here, as in some other very liberal states, could refuse to allow any executions during his term in office and in a state like ours that might not cost him his job BUT, and this is a big but, could not come even close to winning a vote to change the laws and so do away with the practice once and for all).
