1998 i transfered from local council to trust,moved to a brand spanking flat,not knowing a tennant from hell was all ready in place;this guy lived 1 floor above,other side of building;
imagine if same floor,i could walk straight to his door;after couple of days hes banging ,kicking my from door claiming my tv he could heard in his home above his own tv:
reported to trust ??? no action
night time this guy banging constantly for 10/15 minutes at a time;reported ???????
we all remember jill dando killing :: this guy under suspision(report daily police)
explained to staff member regarding;my wife being scared of this guy,told them this guy makes her stand asside for him on stairways;;;;
well would you believe at 04;15 the other morning i was woken by scream of no murder;
no murderer;looking out kitchen window,this guy on ground ;about 20 police officers,cars and vans ,blue light,screamin sirens;;this guy now screaming FBI;;FBI
ALL THIS,BET ITS UNDER DUTIE OF CARE;hes under mentall health ;;as with 2 other nieghbours from hell / mentall health.
this guy has sat in trust head offices and made raciall remarks against me,but he came under the DOCTP =DUTIE OF CARE TRUST PROCTION ??????????
