Any protestors?

Hi, I wanted to know if anyone has, or is interested in, protesting in the park and through the media about the way the wildfowl are being treated in sefton park. With the lake being drained BEHIND SCHEDULE the council have renagued on their promise to minimise impact on birdlife. They have tried to discourage nesting by chopping down all cover on the islands but this is not deterring mating behaviour - also now they have no protection. How will young birds survive with no protection and no escape from dogs and thugs? It is absolutely disgraceful. My help is here if you want it.
