End the Siege on Gaza! Protest loudly on Oxford Street!

Angry | 22.01.2008 22:39 | Palestine | London

The picket of Marks & Spencer's flagship store on the Marble Arch end of Oxford Street continues every Thursday from 6 - 8pm, urging people to boycott M&S as a focus of the boycott of Israeli goods in Britain because of its huge amount of trade with Israel and longstanding support for the racist ideology of Zionism. We have to stop Zionist crimes against humanity now!

It is ever more urgent that we take action in solidarity with the Palestinian people! This demonstration is every week, a loud and angry protest at Israeli terror and the supporters of it - the British government, the British mass media of misinformation and silence in the face of enforced human catastrophe, the British corporations and companies that sponsor the atrocities. This demonstration is on Britain's busiest shopping street urging people to find out more about the Palestinian struggle and take action. Marks & Spencer continues to support Israel financially and ideologically. The actions of Israel are crimes that go against all Human Rights Law. The Gazans are under siege, they are being starved of food and fuel, their hospitals can no longer function, and they are under military attack. We must act now!
Join the demos - there is also a protest outside Downing Street from 4 - 6pm this Saturday - please go to www.palestinecampaign.org !
