New third runway planned for Heathrow airport urgent call for action!

A new third runway is planned for Heathrow airport which will be built to the north of the existing airport and will involve building on green fields and the destruction of hundreds of houses near the airport.
We need to build a massive campaign to stop the construction of this new destructive runway which has now been given the go ahead by the government. Local residents living within several miles of the airport are also concerned about increased noise and pollution that the new runway and resulting increased number of flights will bring.
