Two Sea Shepherd volunteers have been 'detained' by Japanese whalers. People are being encouraged to contact the Japanese embassy (and copy the Foreign Office into any correspondence) to demand the immediate release of these two activists.

TWO SEA SHEPHERD CREW HELD PRISONER ON WHALING SHIP

A demonstration has been organised for Giles Lane, one of the two Sea Shepherd Crewmembers who have been held on board the Japanese Harpoon Vessel 'Yushin Maru'.

Giles is a well known and loved campaigner and deserves your support.

Campaigners from Cumbria, Leeds and around the country have already pledged to attend.

Please try to make it to Green Park Tube Station at 2pm Tomorrow (Wednesday). And walk the short distance to opposite The Japanese Embassy, 101 Piccadilly.

There will be Sea Shepherd banners and XL shirts to borrow.
