it seems by law the responcibilities of dutie of care,is why these people are employed in the first place;the dtc is their legal obligation to tennants;(no tennant no job)

court action to enforce dtc to proctect staff;
how on earth can dtc be used against a tennant when they have abuse dtc to wards tennants(part reason for employement in first place)nether the less how can eviction paper (court action)be served on a tennant without being found guilty of any offence:the law according to nottinghill????just another doggy hand shake/nod?

after reading so many complaints regarding NHHG on this site,the use of barry lindsey name,statements stateing 100% behind him, im very suprised after talking to barry at length this morning 6/1/08 that this seems to be only on paper;
this mans coviction could meen prison ,for a man of 56,serious medical conditions,wife on the street.

the constant use of lindsey name seems to have made him enemy no1 as far as trust are conserned;NO doubt this article will be hidden,??

Barry Lindsey,on many accassion has in conversation with me prodIcted the action of NHHG; long before they make a move against him,as with current problem,bring all your evidence against trust now,use their rules against them,

people fellow sufferes of NHHG,i ask you a question,would you use petrol to put a fire out,it seems that 1 could like this to the actions of NHHG,think about it for a moment;???(they make problem worse than it should have been,then use courts,solicitors to put the fire out.(but only to protect them selves)
