johno | 04.01.2008 15:00 | Liverpool

the old bookshop at limestreet concourse henry bohn's after an unsuccessful bid to appeal the decision to stop developers is to go on the 28th of this month.

for those of you unaware one of the the oldest independent booksellers and private book shops is going goin gone as the capital of culture gathers apace along with the tower block an "eyesore" all in the name of redevelopment.

as we speak the henry bohn shop is due for demolition as are the rest of the people on the 28th of this month happy new year !

the whole place will be levelled for new swanky things despite a long legal battle with virtually no support from local mps loiuse elman is the head honchess say no more just pass me another brown envelope marked "city of culture" or "vision" or maybe thold fashioned travelling and buffet expenses.

with rampant profiteering and scams aplenty the city is being hog tied whupped and branded and recolonised by a race of yuppie entrepreneurs with property gold fever.
who see the working class as the Victorian Eugenics movement saw physical defects "how do we evolve and rid ourseves of offensive items like criminal classes who rob banksy's werks of art" with concentration camps unpopular these days and butlins out of fashion too what does one do to make a killing?

watch this space take this space occupy this space the writng is on the wall but not for long some art critic has put a price on it.
